How long is shipping?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 9–18 business days after that (about 2–4 weeks total). We'll email your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship from?

Our cushions ship directly from our fulfillment partner, which keeps our prices low and lets us pass the savings on to you. That's why delivery takes a little longer than a local warehouse — but every order is fully tracked.

What's your return policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your cushion arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it in full — just send us a photo within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
